Who doesn’t want to add a little sweetness in their barbecue? Simply mix ketchup, honey, cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan and let it boil over low heat for 10 minutes.
This one’s a little bit complex because of its long list of ingredients but it definitely spells Carolina. Get a saucepan and combine ketchup, tomato paste, tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, onions, granulated garlic, light brown sugar, salt, black pepper and water. Let the mixture boil then turn the heat down. Let it simmer for another 20 minutes while stirring.
Whisk mayonnaise, spicy brown mustard, dill pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, ground black pepper, paprika and grated garlic in a bowl. This one is best served with chicken.
Combine garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, ketchup, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, molasses, yellow mustard, ground black pepper and salt in a medium-sized saucepan. Bring the ingredients to a boil then cook over medium heat for another 30 minutes. Stir continuously to prevent scorching.
Get a pot and combine beef stock, onion, ketchup, bacon drippings, salt and pepper. Let the mixture boil and then reduce the heat to medium for about 10 minutes until the onion is already tender. Reheat the sauce before serving.
Puree some pinto beans, onion, salsa, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and barbecue sauce in a food processor. Put the mixture in a saucepan and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Let the mixture boil then reduce heat and cook for about 15 minutes until the cheese melts.
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, orange marmalade, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar and chili powder. Let the mixture boil then reduce the heat and let it simmer for another 10 minutes while constantly stirring. You can also use this dip for basting.
