In a large saucepan, boil some potatoes for about 15 to 30 minutes. Once cooked, drain and let them cool. Peel the potatoes and cut them in a third of an inch slices. Get a bowl and toss the spuds with vinegar. Get another bowl and mash some egg yolks. Afterward, stir some mustard, onion, mayonnaise, chopped celery, whites and dill pickle. Add some salt and pepper. Finally, top with scallions or parsley.
Heat bacon in a saucepan and let it brown. Add some garlic and butter and cook for about a minute. Add some floor and continuously stir for a minute. Whisk some milk and let the mixture boil while continuously stirring. Let the sauce thicken. Then, add some Velveeta, cream cheese, cheddar and paprika. Cook the sauce until it’s smooth. Remove the saucepan from the stove, stir the corn in and then season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cook in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
Shred the cabbage and the carrots. Salt the cabbage and then combine the two vegetables together in a large bowl. Toss the veggies. For the dressing, get another bowl and combine some mayonnaise, sugar, salt and white wine vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss the ingredients. Refrigerate before serving.
