This easy recipe is made by first combing oil, fresh cilantro, honey, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper. The mixture will be the marinade. Afterward, add the chicken breasts into the bowl and coat them with the marinade. Set them aside for about 30 minutes max and then grill over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes or until cooked.
Get a bowl and combine some garlic powder, black pepper, salt, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and smoke flavoring. Rinse your pork chops and then sprinkle them with the rub that you just made. Massage the rub onto the meat and let them stand for about 10 minutes. Grill them for about 12 minutes on each side and cook until the internal temp of the meat reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
This burger recipe is so easy to do, you won’t break a sweat! Simply create burger patties out of ground chuck or ground turkey. Sprinkle each side with Kosher salt and pepper. Brush them with canola oil and then grill for about 3 minutes (beef) or 5 minutes (turkey) on the first side. Cook the other side for another 4 minutes or until the burger patties reach your desired doneness. Put the burgers on sandwiches and top with cheese.
Make your marinade. Get a bowl and combine some lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, canola oil, minced garlic gloves, dried basil and whole garlic cloves. Mix the ingredients thoroughly the set the sauce aside. Prep your kabob ingredients. Cut sirloin steak into 1 ¼ inches per piece. Cut your red bell pepper into cubes as well as the zucchini squash. Cut the onions into wedges. Wash the cherry tomatoes and the fresh mushrooms. Skewer the veggies and the beef alternately and then place them all in a large dish. Pour the marinade over the kabobs and then put them in the fridge. Let them stay there for approximately 6 hours. Grill the kabobs over medium heat until they reach your desired doneness.
Want some grilled fish? Fillet your red snapper and then rub them with oil. Sprinkle some Greek seasoning over the fillets and then top them with 2 lemon slices each. Place an aluminum foil over your grill and then put the fillets on it. Grill the fish indirectly for about 15 minutes each or until you can already poke them with a fork. Serve with tartar sauce.
Combine some horseradish, chili sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery seed, finely chopped rib celery and ground black pepper in a bowl. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and then refrigerate until you’re ready to use the marinade. Meanwhile, coat the deveined shrimp with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper and smoke paprika, too. Skewer the shrimp and grill them for about 7 to 8 minutes or until their color turns opaque. Serve with the cocktail sauce that you made earlier.
