Get a bowl and combine lemon juice with water. Put the apple slices in the mixture. Get another bowl and this time, combine some sugar and cinnamon. Now fire up the grill and cook your apples for about 6 to 8 minutes per side. When they’re cooked, transfer them on a plate and sprinkle them with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Cut plumbs and apricots into cubes, ensuring that they’re about the same size. This way, they’ll get cooked evenly. Divide the fruits into four groups and wrap each group in a foil. Put a gingersnap per foil of fruits and add some butter in. Get a bowl and combine lime zest, salt and sugar. Sprinkle this mixture over the fruits and then drizzle with lime juice and brandy. When your coals are already covered with ash, put the foil packets on the grill and let them cook for 10 minutes.
Put chunks of cantaloupe into skewers. Get a small saucepan and put over medium heat. Put some butter and honey in the pan and stir the ingredients until they melt. Add mint. Use this mixture to brush your cantaloupe skewers and then cook them on the grill for about 4 to 6 minutes until they turn brown. Serve with the remaining sauce or with a scoop of ice cream.
Combine brown sugar, orange juice, honey and rum in a bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves. Thread your pineapple chunks onto skewers and put them on the grill. While cooking, baste them with the sauce that you just made and let them cook for about 10 minutes.
Brush apricots with vegetable oil and then cook them on the grill for about 1.5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and drizzle with almonds and chocolate sauce.
Coat some peaches and onions with cooking spray. Put the peaches on the grill and let them cook for about two minutes per side. Once cooked, chop them up. Now grill the onions for about three minutes per side. Let the onions and peaches cool then combine them in a bowl. Add some cilantro, orange rinds, lime juice, sugar, habanero pepper and salt. Toss the ingredients and let them stand for 15 minutes before serving.
Get a saucepan and put it over medium heat. Put some white sugar, pepper and balsamic vinegar in the pan. Let the mixture simmer until it has reduced. Set it aside. Now put the peaches on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on one side. Don’t forget to glaze them with the sauce. Turn them over and let them cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Put the peaches on a plate and serve with the sauce or sprinkle with blue cheese.
Cut the curved side of the bananas to make them sit level. Slice a deep slit at the center of the plantains and put them on separate sheets of aluminum foil. Brush the inside of the bananas with melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar and chocolate then seal the foil packets. Grill the foil for about 6 to 9 minutes. Once done, add some whipped cream and top with cherry.
