The sun is hot and it’s the perfect time to party on the beach! So pack your clothes. Put that La Caja China at the back of your truck. Tap the clams and discard those that do not close. The clams should be fresh and alive. Now get a large disposable pan and put the clams, then the corn, onions, potatoes, herbs, wine, garlic, oil, pepper sauce, pepper, bay leaves and salt. Grill this for approximately 15 minutes, over medium heat. Add your crabs and continue grilling until your potatoes are tender. Remove the bay leaves and add some butter.
Get a Ziploc bag and pour in the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, fresh garlic, paprika, basil, brown sugar, black pepper and Italian seasoning. Add in your peeled and deveined shrimps inside, too. Mariante for approximately 20 minutes then grill over high heat for about 5 to 6 minutes.

Process these ingredients in a food processor: hot sauce, butter, tarragon, salt and pepper. Transfer this to a plastic wrap sheet and refrigerate until it’s firm. Once firm, slice the butter into about 36 portions. Put the oysters on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes. Transfer them to a platter then remove the top shells. Put a portion of butter on each oyster then put them back on the grill. Cook until the butter melts.
Season your chicken thighs with salt and put them on the grill. Leave them alone for a few minutes then flip them. Now in a mixing bowl, whisk some soy sauce, spicy brown mustard, brown sugar and Apricot preserves. Baste your chicken thighs with this mixture then flip them. Baste the other side and allow the thighs to cook. Grilling will take about 10 to 15 minutes overall.
Get a bowl and mix some soy sauce, water, lemon pepper seasoning, vegetable oil and minced garlic. Add your pork chops and put them in the fridge. Leave it marinated for about 2 hours minimum. Discard the marinade then grill the pork chops for about 5 to 6 minutes for each side. Cook until the thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
